The future campus has a gross floor area of ​​around 105,000 square meters and is to be completed in two construction phases. According to the announcement, the first section should be finished by mid-2024 and ready for occupancy for companies, start-ups and scientific institutions doing research on the topics of energy, mobility, environmental protection and climate protection technology.
