The initiative is officially part of the implementation of the plan for the prevention of serious and fatal accidents at work 2022-2025. On April 26, 2023, the Minister of Labor Olivier Dussopt brought together several of his colleagues – the Minister of Sports Amélie Oudéa-Castera, the Minister of Transport Clément Beaune and the Minister of the City Olivier Klein – and the contracting authorities in charge the realization of major projects in Ile-de-France, including the Société du Grand Paris (SGP) and the Olympic structures delivery company (Solideo).
