This man… is relatively young, he is 45 years old. He heads one of the largest Russian state corporations… This man is the son of a very close friend of the late President Putin. He assures that the decision has already been agreed upon and is highly likely to happen. It has been suggested on the Internet that the person Solovey is talking about is the current head of RusHydro, Viktor Khmarin.
