All three victims were injured in the last two weeks, but died in quick succession in the past 24 hours, Reuters news agency reported.
Spaniards aged 50 and 56 died in the Valencia region. The French tourist was in his sixties. He was taken to a hospital in critical condition earlier this month.
Popular tradition
The running of the bulls is an undiminished popular tradition in Spain. In summer, many places celebrate their patron saint, and then such events are organized all over the country. There are regular casualties, despite protocols intended to prevent these types of accidents.

The most famous bull runs are in northern Pamplona each year, where hundreds of runners try to get as close as possible to six fighting bulls in an 850-meter race in the cobbled city streets.
Sixteen dead
This year, a total of five people were impaled during the festivities, but no one was seriously injured. Since 1911, however, at least sixteen daredevils have lost their lives there.
