Minister BUMN Erick Thohir remove the Director of Primary Energy PT PLN (Persero) Rudy Hendra Prastowo. This is the aftermath of the coal crisis experienced by PLN recently.
Erick said that the Director of Primary Energy is now filled with Hartanto Wibowo.
“I just signed a letter to replace the Director of Primary Energy at PLN with Hartanto Wibowo,” Erick said as quoted from a voice recording sent by Public Relations of the Ministry of SOEs to CNNIndonesia.com, Thursday (6/1).
Erick said Hartanto is a young person at PLN.
“is top talent the one at PLN, he is 45 years old and I have seen it from various angles background have the ability,” he continued.
Erick insisted that the coal crisis could not happen again.
“And I have asked Hartanto to make sure things like this that we have experienced do not happen again,” he said.
For information, the coal crisis is haunting PLN. Director General of Mineral and Coal at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Ridwan Djamaluddin, said that due to the crisis, electricity supply to 10 million PLN customers was threatened.
