Carl is looking forCoordinator to support our Influence and PR team. The individual will ensure that multiple Impact & PR projects are coordinated simultaneously for the organization’s clients. The sought after candidate is passionate about digital and social content. Her role is to support the Influence team to create and maintain partnerships with social media influencers across Canada.

Your main responsibilities

Receive tasks and projects from consultants and the Impact director and ensure that deadlines, deadlines and quality are met:

  • Find influencers through various platforms
  • Initial communication, negotiation and coordination of agreements and deliverables with stakeholders
  • Writing contracts and influencer briefs
  • Ensure influencer content is delivered quickly to your team
  • Participate in the development of branded content and creative initiatives
  • Collect and compile data for presentation materials, campaigns and post-mortem
  • Follow up with the internal team and make necessary changes to current projects
  • Stay on top of new developments, advancements and social media best practices.

Requirements

  • Diploma in communication or marketing, or any other relevant training.
  • Bilingualism. We are also open to profiles of candidates with mostly English if the person understands French.
  • Previous experience in advertising agency, social media, communications; real property
  • Knowledge of the current Canadian influencer landscape; an asset
  • Strong interest in the world of social media.

The person coordinates several Impact & PR projects at the same time for the group’s clients. The successful candidate will be passionate about digital and social content. His/her role is to support the Influence team in creating and maintaining partnerships with social media influencers across Canada.

Your main responsibilities

Receive tasks and projects from consultants and the Impact Director, and ensure deadlines and quality are respected:

  • Find influencers through various platforms
  • Initial communication, negotiation and coordination of agreements and deliverables with stakeholders
  • Draft contracts and influencer summaries
  • Ensure timely delivery of influencer content to the team
  • Participate in brand content development and creative initiatives
  • Collect and compile data for presentations, campaigns and post-mortem
  • Follow up with the internal team and make necessary changes to ongoing projects
  • Keep up with new developments, advancements and best practices in social media.

Requirements

  • A degree in communications or marketing, or other relevant training.
  • Bilingualism is required. We are also open to applicants who speak English if they speak French.
  • Previous experience in advertising agencies, social media, communications; strong asset.
  • Knowledge of the current Canadian influencer landscape; an asset
  • Strong interest in the world of social media.
