Nationally, rents continued to increase in October with + 3% for furnished housing and + 2.6% for empty rented housing, compared to the same period in 2019, according to the latest SeLoger barometer, specializing in online real estate listings.
At the local level, as in Annecy, rents rose 12.7% over one year, the largest increase in France.
From data provided by the Ministry of Ecological Transition, we have designed a tool to help you find municipalities with lower apartment rents near your place of work, without living further than your current place of residence.
So, in these times when we have to limit our movements, are you ready to move?
More expensive or less expensive?
In the tool below, you just need to enter the name of the city where you live and the one where you work.
You then obtain a ranking of the cities from the cheapest to the most expensive according to the rents per m2 (including charges) charged for the apartments, without moving further from your place of work compared to your current place of life.
The journey time (one hour maximum, excluding the motorway), for each municipality, to your place of work is indicated.
You may already be living in the right place, in a city with the cheapest rents!
