Although officially none of the parties have wanted to confirm that this is so, we were able to know that the sale would be imminent and that in the next few days Univision would make the negotiation process official.
What would it consist of? Would the company buy this consortium for the $ 10 billion they ask for? The answer is even more complex than a “do not” or a “yes”…

The second step would be to take over the huge debt that Univision would have of $ 7.5 billion, and then finish closing the final purchase number.
