The Imdad Imdad Charity Committee in the Hermel region, in cooperation with the Jihad al-Binaa Development Foundation, organized a graduation ceremony for a number of craft courses and food manufacturing courses for women, under the patronage and in the presence of the Minister of Labor in the caretaker government, Mustafa Bayram, and in the presence of the Director General of the Imdad Charitable Society. Muhammad Al-Barjawi, the Director of the Bekaa District of the Jihad Al-Binaa Development Foundation Association, Khaled Yaghi, and a number of activists and graduates.
The director of the supply center in Hermel, Sheikh Abbas Al-Haq, reviewed the center’s work in serving orphans and poor and vulnerable families, which helps 2,318 families and 540 orphans by providing them with the necessary services, as the value of the aid provided amounted to 950 thousand dollars and 18 billion Lebanese pounds in charity funds.
For his part, Minister Bayram announced “an agreement with economic bodies and workers’ representatives in the private sector to unify the transportation allowance between the public and private sectors and increase the minimum wage to be declared in salaries and in social security to increase its revenues and improve the hospitalization process.”
He also announced that “the electronic transaction will begin, which will help customers follow up on their transactions electronically without coming to the Ministry.”
Bayram stressed, “Our choice is a capable state that respects all its citizens and invests in them because they have the ability to give and create.”
