The Municipal Institute of Art and Culture, IMAC, will hold the 4th Durango International Film Festival, from June 22 to 26, the same festival will have workshops, conferences, short films, red carpet and world premieres, the head of the institute informed , Patricia de la Cruz Rosas.
In the same way, the director mentioned that the actress Silvia Pasquel and Alfonso Rosas Priego participate in this festival, who will be awarded the silver medal “La Pluma Blanca”, in addition there will be the presence of directors and renowned Mexican actors who will visit the movie land.
In this sense, the director of the IMAC commented that the festival was scheduled for 2020, but due to pandemic issues it was impossible to carry it out, however, it was precisely this time that allowed to pay even more to visualize, to project, a fourth FICDU, stronger and with greater structure and above all the support by the highest institution that promotes the development of national cinematography such as IMCINE and one of the most recognized cinematography corporations such as CINEPOLIS, which will be the headquarters of this festival.
The full schedule of this festival with dates and times will be announced next week at a face-to-face press conference in Durango, as well as the dynamics of ticket delivery, assured the director of the Institute.
