At the end of May, Yvonne Woelke (42) proudly announced that she had purchased a property in Berlin. Among other things, so that Peter Klein (57) – with whom she is of course only good friends – can sleep at her place when he is in the capital.

“I bought an apartment. 65 square meters on the Ku’damm in Berlin. For Peter and me! Whenever he’s in Germany, he can stay here,” the actress told Bild at the time. “We’re now starting a shared apartment. I also stay with him all the time in Mallorca. I have to return the favor.” Peter, whose marriage to Iris Klein fell apart because of his friendship with Yvonne, emphasized: “I always look forward to seeing Yvonne, we get on brilliantly and enjoy the time together. It’s a very, very close friendship.” Sure. But now clouds have gathered in paradise.
Yvonne Woelke hopes for nice craftsmen
As Yvonne Woelke now revealed, there is no money to renovate the new place. “That would require another 40,000 euros. But the bank doesn’t want to give me a new loan. I’m totally desperate,” said the actress. “Peter and I want to do some of the renovation ourselves. But that’s almost impossible. He’s not always here. Maybe I can find some nice craftsmen who can help me…” Or even better: “Maybe someone I know can help me. I won’t give up.”
As ‘Bild’ further reports, Yvonne Woelke and Peter Klein will soon be seen in a new season of ‘Forsthaus Rampensau’. Then perhaps there will finally be the financial windfall that will make the renovation possible.
