Matthias Kutzer (49) has been Human Resources Director at McDonalds in Germany for a year. He started there 17 years ago as a lawyer specializing in labor law. Almost 10 years later he was already the Director of Human Resources.
Kutzer is now responsible for the strategic direction of human resources policy. His company plans to create up to 30,000 new jobs over the next ten years.
He offers eight career tips for managers in the “people business” who want to be better leaders. He swears truthfully.
