The ‘I’m Solo’ side explained, “Contrary to Mr. A’s one-sided claim, Gwangsoo stated that there are some facts that are different from the facts,” adding, “It is difficult for the production team to reveal their position on specific details.”
Previously, a media outlet reported that Gwangsu, a 16th cast member of ‘I’m Solo’, was sued by Mr. A, a partner of the startup company he is the CEO of. Mr. A filed a lawsuit for the stock purchase price at the Seoul Central District Court, claiming that Gwangsu did not pay the stock purchase price as promised.
According to the media, Gwang-soo established Company B, a corporation that develops and sells hair dryers, with Mr. A, and initially owned 100% of the company’s shares, but later half of the shares were transferred to Mr. A through a stock transfer and paid-in capital increase.
It is known that Gwangsu will return the stock to Gwangsu or the company if Mr. A resigns, but has promised to purchase 200 times the face value if Mr. A leaves the company after completing the minimum service period of 3 years.
However, Mr. A left the company after completing three years of service, but claimed that Gwangsu did not pay 400 million won as agreed.
