Washington: A woman who was stuck in her car for 18 hours in heavy snow in Buffalo, New York has died. Andelle Taylor, 22, has died. The car she was traveling in got stuck in heavy snow on her way home from work on Friday afternoon.
While trapped inside the car, the woman sent a video message to her family. Andel sends two videos of the raging blizzard around him saying “I’m scared”. The first video with scenes of the whole car covered in snow was sent to the family group at 4.15am. The second video is also on Christmas night. The woman’s sister, Shonika Brown, told the media that Andel was very scared. And after some time she lost contact with Andel. Andel was found in the car hours later.
A harsh winter in the United States is wreaking havoc. So far, 27 deaths have been reported in New York and 60 in the United States due to heavy snow and storms dubbed the “blizzard of the century.” There are also reports that many people are trapped in different places.
Since it’s almost Christmas and the cold outbreak is here, I’ve decided this Christmas Eve and Day to thread a few loops I’ve created from the historical map event (and retweet others). (1/x)
