Liverpool drove over Porto in the Champions League on Tuesday night. The coach Jürgen Klopp is more than happy with the victory.
– First and foremost, the result is most important. It’s massive, away to Porto. Winning, and how we won, makes everything better, he says to BT Sport and continues:
– It was good for many moments. We could see that Porto was watching our last match against Brentford. They started playing straight.
The German coach also says that he thinks it is good that Diogo Jota did not score against Porto.
– I am glad that Diogo Jota did not score goals, he saves the goals for matches we need them there. We did not need his goal tonight.
Liverpool won the match 5-1.
