Doctor Tirta stated that he would be a light witness for the defendant I Gede Aryastina alias Jerinx SID. What is the reason Dr. Tirta wants to be a witness for Jerinx?
“Yes, I am a witness against it, Jerinx,” said Dr. Tirta detik.com, Monday (7/2/2022).
One of the reasons Dr Tirta accepted the request to be a light witness for Jerinx was that he was disappointed with Adam Deni Gearaka’s attitude. Adam Deni is the Jerinx reporter which resulted in Jerinx being tried at this time with a threatening case.
“Yes, because Mr. Sugeng already sharing Well, explaining the reasons behind the ADG brother (Adam Deni Gearaka) is quite disappointing to me,” said Dr Tirta.
Tirta admitted that he only knew Adam Deni as a good person who helped him fight hoax COVID-19 and SME education. However, it turned out that there was Adam Deni’s attitude that disappointed Dr. Tirta, so that was what Tirta would reveal in court.
“But after Mr. Sugeng came, there were some things that I didn’t know, and the ADG did behind my back. It was enough to disappoint me, which I will convey in court,” said Tirta.
Tirta has not explained in detail about Adam Deni’s so-called ‘disappointing’ attitude. However, he mentioned the incident at the Raffles Hotel when Adam Deni and Jerinx were mediating.
“Essentially, there is something I want to convey, especially the incident like the viral ADG photo, which is showing the middle finger, that’s what happened. update I. Yes, regarding the incident at Raffles, the narrative is different, ADG told me A, Pak Sugeng (Jerinx’s lawyer) said B. But Sugeng is more trustworthy because he gave some evidence,” explained Tirta.
“I want to ADG learns more just for respect ke friend who have helped him, especially he promised to me. He promised me to help SMEs and the COVID hoax, but I didn’t know that there was something at the Raffles Hotel, who knew Jerinx, so Jerinx had to talk about Raffles,” he continued.
