With success came wealth. But Lucy can no longer say exactly how much money she made, as she reveals on “I’m a Celebrity – Get Me Out of Here!” The reason: Everything was gone faster than she could see.

“It’s so hard for me to calculate that now because I’ve always spent everything,” the 47-year-old has to admit in the jungle camp. So there wasn’t much left of the money. But why? What did Lucy invest in back then? Apparently she treated herself to all the luxury products she always dreamed of. “I lived well. I lived a real pop star life. I just went shopping every other day. At Dior, Armani, six figures,” she remembers. And that wasn’t all: “Bought cars and rented a great house.”

However, Mike cannot be fobbed off with the vague statements about the No Angels’ exact income. He wants to know exactly how much money Lucy really spent at the beginning of her No Angels time. “We sold over two million records in the first year,” the singer tells him, which leads him to a math problem. “How much did a record like that used to cost? 16 marks or 16 euros? We’ll quickly reach 30 million! “That’s awesome,” he says in astonishment.

Despite the money and success, it wasn’t really easy for the musician. Above all, the difficult relationship with her mother always caused her problems.
