The BBC Radio 1 presenter will take part in Jack and Scream Stalk tonight after fans put her forward for another test.
Dean, 32, had to retrieve gold stars from boxes full of bugs, called “hell holes”, while climbing a “bean stalk” made of scaffolding to reach a castle.
In a moment of judgment, Dean shouted: ‘No, no, no!’ When he reached into a box full of tarantulas.
Ant McPartlin, who has shown “disgust” at Dean’s previous attempts at previous trials, shouted: “You can do it!” Face your fears!’
It comes as the presenter, 49, struggled to hide his disappointment last week when Dean abandoned another challenge in which he was left drenched in fish guts.

The BBC Radio 1 presenter took part in the Jack and Scream Stalk on Monday night as fans pushed her to take another test.
Dean, 32, had to retrieve gold stars from bug-filled boxes called “hell holes” while climbing a scaffolding “bean stalk” to reach a castle.
Viewers noted that during Thursday’s show, Ant was “angry” at Dean for not “trying hard” in his first two tests and therefore urged the radio host to “try harder.”
Addressing his reaction while appearing on spin-off I’m A Celebrity: Unpacked, Ant said: “My anger came out on screen and I was quite unprofessional.” You get to the point where you say, “What are you doing?”
When Dean was on his third test in three days, Ant and Dec went over the Lethal Lab rules, adding cockroaches, crickets and mealworms, giant lizards, snakes and spiders.
The ant said, ‘Now Dean, I want to talk to you. What happened yesterday? There are no stars. What happened the day before? You said I’m a celebrity… Get me out of here. You can change the narrative simply by staying with it and moving forward.”
During a heated exchange, Dean told Ant: “I think Ant and Dec told me.”
Dean yells “I’m a celebrity…get me out of here” halfway into the fish’s belly.
Spiders on his head, snakes around his neck, green ants on his arms, and cockroaches around his head, it all became too much for Dean as fish guts marked the back of his neck.
In a moment of judgment, Dean shouted: ‘No, no, no!’ When he plunged his hand into a hellhole full of tarantulas

Dean has repeatedly been voted by the public to participate in trials for the Bushtucker program.
Dean had two minutes to complete a 2-star rated exam in the testing area.
He then had to go through seven different containment zones, with eight more stars up for grabs.
Dean told Ant and Dec: “I like to over-promise and under-deliver.”
During the first experiment, he had to combine a green liquid and a clear liquid in a test tube to create a chemical reaction.
Halfway through the trial he said, “These guys don’t look good.”
Because he successfully created a chemical reaction by combining two liquids, he earned two stars for the camp and moved to the containment area.
After gaining two more stars in containment areas one and three, he moved on to area five.
As he poured the solid fish into the compartment, Dean shouted, ‘I’m a celebrity…get me out of here!’

The couple took part in the Down in the Drums trials when they were forced to face their fears while working together to secure food for the camp.
However, the pair failed to win any stars, and Ant didn’t hold back as he vented his frustrations during the show’s spin-off I’m A Celebrity Unpacked.
When host Joel Dommett began: “Let’s talk briefly about today’s trial,” Ant interrupted: “Oh my God.”
Making his feelings known, he explained: “At one point I felt quite upset because I thought, if you can’t do it, you can’t do it, but keep doing it.” Just try it, try it.
‘If it’s physically impossible or physically difficult for you, that’s fine, but at least try. Not much was tried for several minutes until they started trying and then they ran out of time.’
As Dean arrives for his third test in three days, Ant and Dec go over the ‘Lethal Lab’ rules, adding cockroaches, crickets and mealworms, giant lizards, snakes and spiders.

After Wednesday’s trial, Dean and GK were left shaking and crying, and as Ant and Dec counted down the remaining seconds, Grace was horrified by a drop and screamed: ‘I’m done, I’m done!’
Sam Thompson agreed when he added: “What you’re saying is that you’re standing there screaming right now, like it’s raining on you.”
The ant agreed: “Yes, you are screaming in the water.”
During Dean’s trial on Tuesday, he shouted: ‘I’m a celebrity, get me out of here’ after being dunked in a sandbox.
Referring to the previous trial, Sam joked: ‘It really makes me think of Dean, sand and water, what is he like when he goes to the beach? I’ve never seen so much screaming without touching anything.’
Meanwhile, the presenter also admitted to MailOnline: “A lot of people are disappointed in Dean, as disappointed as I am, but I felt I held him up pretty well.” We miss Tony Bellew, he would have ruined that trial.
