Organist Ilona Birģele and cellist Inita Malnača will play in the concert together with Ilona Bagelis. When creating the concert program, the artists have chosen music opuses that represent both Latvian and the culture of national minorities living in Latvia and Riga. This time in her concert program Ilona Bagele has included compositions of Latvian, Latgalian, Lithuanian, Russian, Polish and Jewish folk music and original music, written for organ, voice, cello, as well as arrangements of various opuses for this composition. The compositions included in the concert will be performed in the original language.
The program will feature music and folk music by Ilona Rupaine, Mikhail Tariverdiyev, Max Bruh, Ilona Brege, Agnet Krilova, Naomi Shemer, Stefan Witwicki, Jaroslav Cechanovic.
Admission to the concert free of charge upon presentation of an interoperable vaccination, Covid – 19 disease certificate or negative test together with an identity document.
