Sale of building below the price
Another big deal, the sale of an OPH building, located rue Gaston Crépin. The building would have been sold at a price below the estate to a family real estate company (SCI), while the sale of an approved building can only be done to another social landlord.
A complaint was filed against Stéphane de Paoli, Christian Bartholmé and Jonathan Berrebi for “illegal taking of interest”. Mohamed Aissani believes the damage to 400,000 euros for the OPH.
Suspicion of favoritism
The complaints also relate to a case of “fire balls”, for which an exclusive market would have been concluded whereas there is none for this type of products and also works of rehabilitation of the towns Chemin Vert and Salvador. Allende. This file is described as “complex and technical” by Mohamed Aissani.

Vacant housing
While awaiting legal treatment, all these cases have direct consequences for the tenants of the OPH. ” Today, 94 vacant units could not be repainted and therefore cannot be attributed. As for the rehabilitation works of Chemin Vert and Salvador Allende, the procedure “is heading towards cancellation of the contract”. “In the meantime, the cities will not be rehabilitated and there are still as many problems of infiltration, heating and insulation”, laments Mohamed Aissani.
