A. Casañ.- The autonomous communities will have the obligation to apply the measure when there is an incidence of 500 cases or more per 100,000 inhabitants in the last 14 days. This is what the Ministry of Health will notify this afternoon to the regional authorities in the Interterritorial Council that takes place to contain the coronavirus and that also contemplates the reduction of capacity, the limitation of social contact between people who reside in different municipalities or the closure of playgrounds.
Minister Salvador Illa has already presented a document to the communities with his plan, which directly affects the Community of Madrid, with the prohibition of exit from the municipalities and limitations of capacity in commerce and hospitality, and that he will extend to all territories with the order to apply the measure within a maximum period of 48 hours in those populations in which the infection rates exceed 500 cases per hundred thousand inhabitants, show a positivity in PCR greater than 10%; and suffer an occupation of Covid patients in ICUs greater than 35%.
In the Valencian Community only Valencia, Alicante, Elche and Castellón they exceed 100,000 inhabitants and none of them present the conditions established in the Illa document.
