Well, the reminder that Iliad is sending, via e-mail, to its customers, with theannual information on the conditions of the offer signed with the operator. Thanks to this communication, the operator in question provides all the details regarding the offer currently signed by the customer, complete with a complete summary of the conditions.

Customers, therefore, have the opportunity to check the costs of their offer, with Iliad itself reminding them at the beginning of the message that this communication is mandatory. “Hi, did you know who the telephone operators are obliged to send users every year a summary communication on the conditions of the offer subscribed (Agcom resolution 252/16 / CONS)? And here we are sending you the details of your offer, although perhaps this reminder is superfluous considering that, as you have noticed, month after month the cost of your offer has never changed.“.

But not only that, always through this communication, Iliad informs that starting from 12 July 2021, in order to take advantage of the data traffic even in the open sea 12 miles from the coast, you must activate the appropriate option in the personal area before leaving.
