Postponement due to… an attack by black men (or baboures, sersegia as they are otherwise called) was decided in the local football match PAS Pyrgos-Apollonas of Nea Figaleia, in Ilia.
In particular, these insects attacked one of the fire pits, so it was not possible for a goalkeeper to sit under it for the match to take place.
In a statement, the home team states: “Today’s match against Apollon N. Figaleias will not take place due to … an attack by scoundrels on one of the home bases of the Eleonas Stadium. Instead, the footballers of our team are currently playing a training match. The match will be held on a new date that will be set by EPS Ilia in consultation with the team of N. Figaleia”.
