Metro, tram, bus operate in summer hours
As of July 10, two metro lines will run with a modified frequency. During the day, from Monday to Friday, the frequency will beone train every two to three and a half minutes on line 1 and every two minutes to four and a half minutes on line 2. Travelers will also be able to benefit from the extra hour on Saturday evening, with a last departure from Gare Lille Flandres station set at 1:30 on line 1 instead of from 12:30 a.m.
The tram will also run from Monday to Friday with a frequency of a train every five to seven minutes on the common trunk (between Gare Lille Flandres and Croisé Laroche), and every ten to fourteen minutes on the Tourcoing branch and part of the Roubaix branch (from Gare Lille Flandres to Wasquehal-Pavé de Lille only).
As for the bus lines, they will also switch to summer hours. The detail line by line is available on the site ilevia.fr.
The V’lille, Handipole and park-and-ride services will remain fully accessible.

Work for the tram
From July 12 to August 22 inclusive, road works carried out by the MEL will have an impact on the Roubaix branch of the tramway between the Wasquehal-Pavé stops in Lille and Roubaix Eurotéléport. In order to ensure continuity of service for passengers, a tram replacement plan will be put in place for the duration of the works. Relay buses will be deployed between the Wasquehal Pavé stops in Lille and Roubaix Eurotéléport with a frequency and amplitude identical to those of the tram: every ten to fourteen minutes on weekdays, every sixteen minutes on Saturdays and every thirty minutes on Sundays and public holidays. Bus and tram connections will be organized at Wasquehal-Pavé station in Lille.

Wearing a mask is compulsory
As a reminder, the fight against the Covid-19 epidemic continues during the summer on the public transport network with nearly 250 agents mobilized. The operator Ilevia also invites travelers to respect the health instructions transmitted by the government and reminds that wearing a mask is mandatory to travel on the network.
