IKEA works with Asus Republic of Gamers on furniture for gamers – Gaming – News

Gamers are getting older, and wanting to continue their hobby as adults, have children who are going to play games again, and so late gaming has slowly moved from the Kids’ bedroom to the living room as pre-eminent entertainment.

Then not everyone wants to have a table / desk in the room with a monitor on it, but everything must be neatly integrated into the furniture. This already existed and certainly the older gamer with a good job will already have decorated his living room like this (I am one of them) but problem, however, this is all from small entrepreneurs who often make this by hand, and you pay a lot for that.

Now that a company like Ikea may also now focus on this type of furniture, this will also be an opportunity for more people to simply integrate everything neatly, just as we already did with the TV and Stereo in the furniture, the PCs will soon also and Consoles are part of that.

And not everyone also has a boring square PC, nowadays you can build nice design PCs, and console makers also pay more attention to aesthetic looks of their consoles.

If this will be a small group of people / gamers who will do this, there will still be more than enough people left to see this as a market for a company.
1% of all those gamers is quite a group of people, and it is still a fact that what one likes, someone else doesn’t have to like it, so if it’s not for you, which I totally respect, this can be done for someone else will be something.
