It has already been reported that “IKEA” plans to open a customer service center in Liepāja in the summer of 2024.
The IKEA branch in Liepāja will work as a planning and product ordering center to help customers plan, order and receive room furnishing solutions adapted to individual measurements, needs and wishes.
It is expected that the area of the “IKEA” planning and ordering center in Liepāja will be 1,000 square meters. The customer service point will be located on Ezermalas Street.
“IKEA” does not specify investments in the creation of the center.
“IKEA” manager in Latvia is SIA “Paul Mason Properties”. In the financial year, which lasted from September 1, 2021 to August 31, 2022, the company worked with a turnover of 108.933 million euros, which is 11.6% more than the year before, while the company’s profit increased almost 2.7 times – up to 17.457 million euros. The latest financial data has not been made public.
The company “Paul Mason Properties” was registered in Latvia in 2015, and its share capital is 20,000 euros, according to “Firmas.lv” information. Paul Mason Properties is owned by FE Corporation, registered in the Netherlands.
