IKEA opens mobile hub in Ruse

Customers can pick up their orders in person from a location at the “Kaufland” parking lot in the “Druzhba” district

IKEA Bulgaria continues to expand its innovative service for delivery forward online orders to mobile hub. After the successful launch in Stara Zagora, Pleven, Haskovo and Blagoevgrad, which are now residents of rust and Bratsa they will have the opportunity to take advantage of this convenient service.

What is Mobile Hub?

The moving center is a place marked by a logo IKEA, where customers can pick up their orders in person. This service allows the goods to be transported quickly and directly to the home without additional costs. THEN rust the mobile hub will be located at the “Kaufland” parking lot in the “Druzhba” district every Thursday, and in Bratsa – at the Kaufland parking lot every Saturday.

“We are from IKEA we are always looking for new ideas and a different approach to improve the customer experience. After positive feedback from users from the first four cities, we decided to extend the pilot freely delivery. We are pleased to provide easy and affordable access to citizens of the rust and Bratsa to our varied offers for the home“, says Ivanka Bakrova, manager of the department “New Business” of IKEA Bulgaria.

Schedule and conditions for receiving orders

For residents of rust All orders placed up to and including Monday 2pm can be picked up on Thursday of this week.

For residents of Bratsa – all orders placed up to and including Wednesday 2pm can be picked up on Saturday. Requests received after these dates will be delivered the following week. Orders can be paid by credit or debit card only and collection hours are 11:00am to 6:00pm.
