Popular Czech actor Igor Bareš (58) has been married to actress Antoniá Talacková (45) for sixteen years. The couple spends time together not only at home, but also at work. In the Honza Dědek talk show, the couple now talked about the beginnings of their relationship, in which there were three of them, about their wedding trip to Kunda and life in a squat.
They met while rehearsing Moliere’s play The Misanthrope. At that time, Igor Bareš lived a special way of life, which he calls country style. “I lived through different periods of my life, and this period was very organizationally exposed. I auditioned for the role of Hamlet. I lived more or less in such a squat with almost no water, the heating didn’t even work. But fate pushed me there,” the actor revealed, adding that he had nowhere else to be at the time.

“I thought it was appropriately romantic. I bet on this card, it was risky, and invited Miss Antonia to this place. I was aware that it was thin ice, but it worked,” recalled Igor Bareš.

Talacková was a woman of two men
They have been married for sixteen years. “But he’s been with me longer than I’ve been with him,” claims Antonie. “Men are often more naive than women. Women are more refined. I’m a man, I thought Antonia was mine long ago, and she was only half right. The relationship resulted in a wedding, and after the wedding, a somewhat unconventional honeymoon. “We went to Kunda,” said Talacková. “But I’m begging you!” Bareš shouted at her. “There’s no other way to say it… I’m interested in interesting places. And so I spread out the map, I like the Baltic republics, I’m studying Estonia, and there’s a port on the coast and it’s called Kunda. I thought to myself that I would like to have a look there, and I was thinking about how to put it on,” explained Bareš. “I wonder, because you just said, ‘Will you take me to Kunda?'” his wife snapped at him.
