Con 10 million helmets produced every year, Ignyte is now aiming for the European market with a range of helmets that combines quality, design and innovation. “Since 1964, our company, still family-run, has grown to seven production units and 5,000 employees,” explained Ivo Boncompagni, global sales manager.
The Ignyte range offers helmets approved to the most stringent standardssuch as ECE 22.06, the American DOT and the Indian ISI. “Our mission is to offer helmets that unite safety and comfort,” added Boncompagni, showing the flagship model, a uniquely designed jet with a high-quality interior provided by an Italian company.
The brand also focuses on sustainability with innovative materials and ultra-light helmets across the Airlite range, where some models weigh just 820 grams, ideal for comfort over long distances.
Regarding prices, Ignyte provides a medium and high range to offer competitive but high quality products. “We want to bring a new philosophy to the market: distinctive and safe helmets, designed for motorcyclists of all kinds,” concluded Boncompagni. With big expansion plans, Ignyte promises to bring a breath of fresh air and quality to the European helmet sector.
