Reinis Ignatavičs has been appointed as the executive director of the real estate services company “Newsec Latvia”, company representatives inform.
Ignatavičs has been working in the company since the beginning of 2022 as the head of the “Newsec Property Asset Management Latvia” office.
Ugņus Meiduss, head of “Newsec” in the Baltic states, states that the company is developing in Latvia and strengthening the team. “Newsec Latvia” operates as a full-fledged real estate agency – consulting, valuation, property management.
“I am happy to take on the new role and responsibilities and will try to ensure continuity of work, implementation of Newsec Group company management processes and further development of our market share and new services in Latvia,” says R. Ignatavičs.
“Newsec” is a full-service property office in Northern Europe that offers real estate owners, investors and tenants a full range of services in the areas of property asset management and consulting. “Newsec” was founded in 1994 and is currently a partner company with approximately 2,000 employees in seven markets.
In the Baltic States, “Newsec” manages 60 commercial objects, the area of which reaches almost 70,000 square meters. Throughout Northern Europe, “Newsec” manages assets worth 65 billion euros.
