Former Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Ignasius Jonan lined up to be President Commissioner as well as Independent Commissioner of PT Anabatic Tbk.
This information is shared through the personal Instagram account @ignasius.jonan. According to him, this task is a new thing in his career because he has never tried the information technology business.
“A NEW JOURNEY. June 29, 2021, I was appointed as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner of PT Anabatic Tbk. A new field for me who has never led the information technology business in my career so far and hopefully I can contribute with all my previous experiences and journeys . Thank you ????,” he wrote on his Instagram account, Wednesday (30/6).
Jonan’s appointment refers to the resolutions of the Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings of Shareholders (AGMS) and (EGMS) on June 29, 2021.
Anabatic or the issuer with the ATIC code is a company engaged in information technology, computers and data processing.
In addition to serving as commissioner of Anabatic, Jonan also holds the position of Independent Commissioner of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Previously, Jonan had been the Minister of Transportation before being replaced by Budi Karya Sumadi.
