Igmar Felicia will be working at FunX from next month. The 32-year-old radio DJ will be heard on Sundays between 4 and 7 p.m., the radio station announced on Thursday.
“I’ve taken some time over the past few months to think about how I’d like to do radio and what’s important to me in my radio show,” says Felicia. “FunX gave me the time and space to create something that suits me as a radio maker.”
In Felicia’s show, the listener determines “really everything”, according to the radio DJ. “The music, which guests join, what we talk about, what prizes we give away, the items we do. So do you need something, do you want to sing a duet with an artist or are you bored, I will arrange it”, promises Felicia.
The preparations for his new show gave the radio DJ energy to make radio again. “I am very much looking forward to making a show together with my guests and the FunX audience.”
Previously, Felicia could already be heard at SLAM!, Qmusic and Radio538. The radio DJ left Radio538 in April last year because his contract was not renewed. “That’s a shame. And at the same time not the end of the world,” he wrote on Instagram.
