Dec 17 IGEMA Starts the 2023-24 Season with New Kits and High Aspirations in the Highlands School F7 University League

The soccer team GUM, University Studies Center, has inaugurated the 2023-24 season with a renewed image and great expectations. On November 13, in a special event held in the masterclass room, the official delivery of the new kits to the players who will represent the team took place. GUM in the Highlands School F7 University League.
This event was supported by the Training and Future FoundationWith GUM, who have sponsored the kits and the league. The ceremony was presided over by the Dr. Matilde Martínez Casanovas, General Director of IGEMAand the Mrs. Cristina Casado Cañeque, Deputy General Director of the Training and Future Foundation.
The Dr. Martínez Casanovas opened the event by highlighting the importance of participation in sports and how this aligns with the educational philosophy of GUM. After sharing the team’s vision and goals for this season, each of the players was introduced, each with their own alias, number, and position on the field.

The Mrs. Cristina Casadoin a gesture of appreciation and recognition, personally delivered the new kits to the players, expressing his admiration for their commitment to the sport and their role as ambassadors of GUM.
The event culminated with a team photo, an image that symbolizes not only the beginning of the 2023-24 season, but also the unity and strength of the students of GUM.
The season is already underway and the team GUM shows an impressive performance, currently occupying fifth place in the standings. Players like Carlos Molina and Ángel Velasco have stood out, earning recognition on the team of the week for their goals and contributions to the team.
