On December 30, 2023, the International Amateur Muay Thai Federation (IFMA) sent a Happy New Year 2024 message to 152 member countries around the world, signed by Dr. Sakchai Tapsuwan, IFMA President, Mr. Somchat Charoenwatcharawit. IFMA Vice President, IFMA Director Charissa Tynan and IFMA Sports Director Janis Lin.

What IFMA has received from all sides during this challenging and changing period has been a lot of great competition. What must be mentioned is the Kombat Games competition in Saudi Arabia. This is the first time that Muay Thai has participated in a full competition.
