When it seemed that coronavirus pandemic was consolidated in a control phase in the country, the arrival and expansion of the Omicron variant once again, it raises doubts about how the health crisis will evolve in the coming weeks. Community contagion of this variant of the virus has already been detected and some experts envision a new peak of cases towards the end of January, which in any case should be largely contained by the high level of vaccination in Chile.

The Universal Emergency Family Income (IFE Universal) and the labor IFE have been key in the contributions provided by the state in recent months. IFE Universal

The authorities reported that the benefit will remain in effect during the months of January, February and March 2022. For their part, those who are favored in November, December and January will receive up to three months of subsidy payment, as long as they remain with work.

Fifth AFP Retreat: what about the project in Congress
