Terms of opening Alfamart outlets
1. Have an interest in the minimarket industry.
2. Indonesian Citizens with Business Entities (CV, PT, Cooperatives and Foundations).
3. Already or will have a place of business with a minimum sales area of 100 m2 (excluding warehouse and administrative space). The total land area is ± 150 m2 to 250 m2.
4. Fulfill licensing requirements such as Neighbor Permit, Domicile Permit, SIUP, TDP/NIB, NPWP, NPPKP, STPW, IUTM (differs by region).
5. Willing to follow the systems and procedures that apply at Alfamart.
Estimated details of opening new Alfamart outlets
1. Type of outlet 9 shelves (30 m2): IDR 300 million
2. Type of outlet 18 shelves (60 m2): Rp 350 million
3. Type of outlet 36 shelves (80 m2): Rp 450 million
4. 45 rack (100 m2) outlet type: Rp 500 million
The capital includes:
– Franchise Fee of 45 million for 5 years
– Electrical installation
– Store equipment and air conditioner
– Cash register and retail information system
– Shop sign and polesign
– Store licensing
– Promotion and preparation for the opening of stalls
