As a messaging service, WhatsApp is not limited to just sending or receiving text. There are many more ways to be used to communicate and the most used is without any doubt the sending of audio messages.
These allow you to send a greater volume of information and are more natural. This is a simple process, but with some limitations, which WhatsApp is now trying to improve. To do this, it created a novelty that will soon make it much simpler to create voice messages.
WhatsApp has been improving its interface dedicated to voice messages for some time now. These have changed, both in the part dedicated to their creation and their reception. This is work in progress and will soon bear important fruit.
The tests take place in a controlled and internal way to the service, but it has been possible to activate and see the new features that have been created. These arrive via the WABetaInfo website, which now show us the latest news and which will soon be made public.
Than was discovered, and is in the latest WhatsApp test version for iOS, it will soon be possible to pause the recording of voice messages. This avoids having to record new messages whenever you have to stop in the middle of this process.
When stopping recording, the user sees the icon change back to a microphone image. By clicking again, the user can continue dictating his voice message, in order to finally be able to send it to his contact.
It is not clear how this novelty will work with another one that, however, has already been revealed along the same lines. Users will be able to listen to the voice messages they created before sending them and thus find any errors or flaws they find.
This novelty is still far from being a reality. WhatsApp will soon promote the entire new voice messaging interface for a trial version, both on iOS and Android, where it is not yet present. These will be good news and extremely useful for users.
