ESpending too much time on Instagram? Then you can pause the notifications from the app and take a break. The new update will help many people to reduce the amount of time they spend on social media. Instagram has introduced a new mode. Known as Quiet Mode, users can pause notifications from the app and take a break.
After turning on quiet mode, you will not receive any notifications. Other people can also know that your account is in quiet mode from your profile page. The mod is currently available in the US, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. This feature will be introduced in other countries soon. Quiet mode is easy to turn on. Go to Settings on Instagram and click on Notifications. After that, just turn on the quiet mode. After this, the app is currently giving the option to decide what to see on Instagram. From the Explore page, the customer can select more than one content that they are not interested in. Then mark the note interested and the job is done.
Content similar to this exclusion will not show up in the Explore tab, Reels, or Search. Instagram also has the facility to block messages that include certain words. This system is also available for suggesting contents. This will help you avoid suggesting posts that contain one or more words, emojis, hashtags, etc. For this there is a section called Hidden Words in Privacy Settings.
