Ingredients for six people
- 220 g of dry biscuits;
- 220 g of dark chocolate;
- 200 ml of milk;
- 200 g of hazelnuts (the delicious “Giffoni hazelnuts“IGP).
Preparation
The chocolate and hazelnut cake is prepared in a few minutes and does not require cooking in the oven. This aspect should not be underestimated. Very often, in fact, this variant is preferred by those who want to experiment with the recipe without wasting too much time. Cut the dark chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a bain-marie for a few minutes.
With the help of a mixer crumble the biscuits, being careful not to chop too finely. Now take the hazelnuts and cut them into smaller pieces and add them to the biscuits. Finally, stirring vigorously, pour the melted chocolate into the mixture. Mix well. Drizzle in the milk while continuing to mix
Take a cake pan and pour the mixture with the help of a spoon. Let it rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Once cooled properly, your cake will be ready to be served and enjoyed. Chop some hazelnuts or add some walnuts to decorate the surface, or pour a drizzle of melted dark chocolate on the cake. It will drive young and old alike crazy.
