Even with everything WhatsApp already has to offer, many choose to use unofficial and spoofed versions of this service’s apps. It’s a decision that can cause problems for users, but in their opinion, it pays off.
Of course, WhatsApp has tried to tackle these versions and what they offer users. Now, and to strengthen this research, WhatsApp has equipped itself with tools that will make it easier to detect these users.
Beware of alternative apps
Using alternative apps to WhatsApp is almost as old a practice as the service itself. These manage to give users additional features that currently don’t exist or will take a while to arrive.
Of course, this can come at a price to pay which is usually high for the user. The most normal measure is the blocking of the account, which renders the user temporarily unable to use the service and in some cases even results in the total blocking of the account.

Users should avoid spoofed versions
WhatsApp recommends that users avoid sending bulk messages, automatic messages, or automatic dialing. Additionally, accounts or groups should not be created in an unauthorized or automated manner. Of course, modified versions of the application are also prohibited.
It was already known that solutions with GB WhatsApp and the like were under observation by WhatsApp, but these measures are increasingly aggressive. They seek, in a smarter way, to detect accounts and users who violate the established rules.
