“Everyone would like this war to end as soon as possible. But if Ukraine stops fighting, it will cease to exist as an independent country. If Russia stops, peace will come, “Stoltenberg stressed.

Negotiations between Ukraine and Russia

USA and NATO allow peace negotiations between Ukraine and Russia in the event of Kherson unemployment. The newspaper La Repubblica reports it.
