Erik ten Hag appointed as new manager Manchester United in the 2022/2023 season. The task is not easy, because they have to bring the Red Devils back on track to win the competition.
MU last season only finished in sixth place and no title. The players also have bad statistical records and the team has also achieved a series of bad records.
Reported from Mirrora football pundit who is also a former striker in the Premier League, Peter Crouch give advice as well as challenges to Erik ten Hag. Crouch said, Do you dare Ten Hag to ask his own players to determine the formation!
“I think it’s a good idea. Let them (MU players) choose their own formation and line-up, so they know how bad their own game is,” he said.
Crouch explained, the players Manchester United must be aware because his performance was subpar last season. Only when the players are aware, they know where the problem is and how to solve it!
“Then Ten Hag can say, ‘look! You’re a disgrace’,” he said.
“Last season United signed top players like Ronaldo, Varane and Sancho but it didn’t work out. Then the decision was made together as a ‘team’,” he continued.
“I think it will work and the players will realize,” he concluded.
