After the 90s flop Virtual Boy, Nintendo has skipped virtual reality. But now enthusiasts have put together a VR version of The Legend of Zeldathe NES classic from the second half of the 80s.

Although it’s not the original game ported to VR (which would have been a bit of a mammoth job considering its camera), but a Doom-modification, tells Nintendo Life. They use the engine QuestZDoom, in which they have modeled Link, environments and other things from zelda first part. That explains the name – The Legend of Doom. And the result is, apparently, extremely charming.
