If it is not universal, it is not safe or social. The Dominican Institute of Social Security (IDSS) preceded the Social Security Law and for me and many colleagues, Mexico’s social security was an example to follow since Mexicans preferred to go to their facilities rather than go to private medical services. For that time of ours IDSS it surpassed private establishments in many professional fields and technologies.
The voracity of the merchants with the pain of others has prevented the modification of the Ley 87-01 and nothing will be achieved without controlling that curse. The regulations and demagogic recitals that have not worked in 20 years will not work in the future either. When the contribution, or insurance premium, is compulsory and universal, in accordance with the income of all citizens, where the President of the Republic and the Chinese have to contribute, the first a lot and the second very, very little, there will be left over money to ensure care for all citizens and private centers will only compete with each other and not with the state.

Being rich is not a crime. However, faced with meteoric changes from poor to millionaire, some said that “Usually behind surprising fortunes there was a crime” and it ceased to be mentioned after politics turned into business and drug trafficking, better known as “organized crime”, was strengthened by having leaders and rulers in many parts of the world in their hands.
Two mini-anecdotes as examples: 1) I asked a friend if she wanted to be a millionaire or be happy and without hesitation she told me: Millionaire. Now it is, she married a politician; 2) To a wallet who offered me one telling me that it would be next Sunday’s jackpot, I asked “Why don’t you keep it?” and she replied: You have to earn a living.
The recent arrests of large shipments of drugs in our country are like a revival of the phrase about fortunes and crimes, which should be mocked by new millionaires, politicians or not, who are convinced of the weaknesses of our judicial system.
