Toluca, State of Mexico, March 14, 2023.-
During the 3rd Ordinary Session of the General Council of the Electoral Institute of the State of Mexico (IEEM), the specific coordination and collaboration agreement between the INE and the IEEM on quick counting for the 2023 Gubernatorial Election was approved.

Another point that was approved during the Ordinary Session was the Technical Annex to the specific coordination and collaboration agreement between the INE and the IEEM in order to specify the technical and service aspects for the proper design, implementation and operation of the quick count of the 2023 Gubernatorial Election, as well as other points in this regard.
Another important point that was determined was the cap on campaign spending for the 2023 Gubernatorial Election.
On the other hand, the General Council of the IEEM approved the didactic material for electoral day step by step (three versions), as well as the guides for the polling station and special polling place official, for the 2023 Gubernatorial Election.
The Draft Agreement was also approved by which district committees of the Electoral Institute of the State of Mexico are replaced.
Finally, the Draft Agreement was approved, which determines the start date of the publication of the information in the “Candidates and Candidates, Know them” System for the 2023 Gubernatorial Election.
