STAVINGER, Norway (Reuters) – The head of the Intercontinental Energy Company explained on Monday that member states could release far more oil from strategic oil reserves if they see healthy just after the present-day software ends.
Fatih Birol advised Reuters on the sidelines of a meeting: “If our member states imagine that owing to a source disruption it is required to draw from stocks, I am absolutely sure they will take into account this, which is not out of the query.” .
