Indonesia stock exchange (AT) pause trading shares or suspension of PT Rukun Raharja Tbk owned by the husband of the Chairman of the DPR RI Mrs. EmpressHappy Hapsoro.
This is stated in the IDX letter with the number Peng-SPT-00039/BEI.WAS/07-2022. The letter was issued on July 21, 2022.
“In connection with the significant increase in the cumulative price of Rukun Raharja’s shares, in order to cooling downIDX deems it necessary to temporarily suspend stock trading on July 22, 2022,” said IDX Transaction Supervision Division Head Lidia M Panjaitan on the IDX’s official website, Friday (22/7).

Lidia said the suspension of Rukun Raharja’s shares was carried out in the regular market and cash market. This is so that market participants can carefully consider their investment in Rukun Raharja.
“Stakeholders are expected to always pay attention to the disclosure of information submitted by the company,” explained Lidia.
Quoting RTI Infokom, Puan’s husband holds 1.38 billion shares or 32.74 percent of the total shares outstanding to the public. This means that Puan’s husband is one of the controlling shareholders in the company.
The company’s share price was last at Rp845 per share. Since the end of 2021 until the last trading or year to date (ytd), Rukun Raharja’s share price jumped 364 percent.
The company’s share price has also jumped 351 percent in the past six months, up 347 percent in the past three months, and up 144 percent in the past week.
