The regime’s Ministry of the Interior identified the Cuban who died last Wednesday night, allegedly in a work accident within the Noris Urban Sugar Mill from the province of Holguin.
The information was released by the local radio station Radio San Germán through its social networks where they offered details of the event.
The Cuban who died at the Urbano Noris Sugar Mill responds to the name of Iosbel Olivera Mesa, 36 years old and was a security guard at the site.
“We inform our listeners and Internet users that the person who died in the accident that occurred on the afternoon of this Wednesday, March 29, at the sugar mill, was named Iosbel Olivera Mesa, 36 years old, and that he worked as a custodian at the Noris Urban Sugar Mill”they indicated in the publication.
It should be remembered that on Wednesday afternoon the work inside the sugar mill was stopped after the death of this Cuban was reported in one of the areas of the place.
In the post, authorities determined that Olivera Mesa was in an area that was not working. “According to preliminary investigations of which the local authorities offer details, it was in an area that was not working at first, and when the endless number of second operations began, the unfortunate accident occurred”they needed.
In this sense, they pointed out that the victim suffered injuries and died at the time the incident occurred.
“Olivera Mesa suffered injuries incompatible with life, and thanks to the efforts of the factory workers, and specialists from the Ministry of the Interior, the body was recovered to carry out the necropsy, and a subsequent family wake.”, noted the message on local radio.
