In the midst of an internationalization strategy, the Bouches-du-Rhône logistician is putting 240 million dollars on the table to afford the American Kane Logistics (2,500 employees), its first purchase in the United States.
The tricolor specialist in contract logistics acquires the 20 storage sites of Kane Logistics. The American company which works with large retailers will be one of the spearheads of the group ID Logistics on the American continent, where the French ETI, provider of Nespressosettled down in 2019.
This acquisition is the latest in a long list for ID Logistics : GVT Transports & Logistics (Benelux) in November 2021 and Colisweb in December.
