Madinat al-Kuwait | Under the theme “Reading the Exile”, the ICF International Expatriate Reading Campaign organized the Central Declaration of Kuwait City under the name “Ujjwalanam”. The secretary of the Indo-Arab cultural and linguistic mission, Dr. Muhammad Amin Sakhafi, inaugurated the event. ICF City Central President Muhammadali Sakhafi Pattambi presided over the function.
ICF National Jan. Secretary Abdullah Vadakara, Advocacy Secretary Abu Muhammed, Central Coordinator of Pravasi Vadaman Harris VU gave speeches. Abdurraoof Vennakod welcomed and Jafar Chapparapadav thanked.
As part of the campaign, various programs such as Aravam, Field Campaign, Thalir, Kudumbavayana, Cultural Seminar will be held. It will end on November 15th.
